Howard County Talkgroups

I don't receive the Howard County Radio System that well but have noticed that there are a lot of active unknown talkgroups.


11041 - Very Active. Fully Encrypted. Sheriff/Corrections Ops?
11096 - Health Department? Sounds like a COVID-19 site. Maybe even OEM? Talk of Logistics & Ops.
11111 - DPW?
11125 - DPW?
11135 - DPW - Electrical?
11187 - Parks?

It's a lot harder this time with the encryption... but in general.. I am still trying to figure out names of the TGs but have a bunch that I am about 75% sure about. Radio ID's have been taking the better part of my time. I have about 1300 of those confirmed. It's a lot harder when I am not in the inner circle anymore.

11040-11043 is Department of Corrections (Jail)
11096 - Radio Techs called it Health Net (not sold on that yet)
11111 - Utilities
11125 - Landfill Operations (second tg)
11135 - I think this is DILP (inspections and permits, but not sure)
11187 - Robinson Nature Center (parks dept)
