HP-1 Question

Not sure if this is the right place for this, I am newbie to the HP-1 and all of it's setting, , When I setting up new scan lists I ran across a setting that had system type P25 X2-TDMA as a option in my HP 1.

So what does them mean?

It's really not the correct place. HP1 will not receive p25 x2 - so just where did you see this exactly.

In the Sential Software I was adding my private Conventional Radio channel. What I did was Edit Favorite, with Favorite name highlighted in the system tab I hit the plus sign It popped up create new system. and had the following systems to add.

Conventional
P-25 Standard
P25 X2-TDMA
P25 One Frequency
Motorola
EDACS
LTR

I have got Version 2.05

I confirm the above "P25 X2-TDMA" option. I have never seen that screen before, as I have never created a "System" from "scratch".

It's possible that the sentinel software is being upgraded to handle the HP2 which can receive that type of system.

I have version 2.03 that is in the drop down. I know there was a newer release, but then I don't remember when.

Mine was installed / updated 7/14/2014.

It means the system could use either P25 Phase II or X2 audio, but likely is using P25 Phase I.

I have not had an update from Version 2.05 sense I done the initial install 10-4-14.

Where I live in Kansas there is no Phase 2 system around me that I am aware of to test it < Rice Co.>

However seems to work great on KSCIS network.
