HP-2 firmware upgrade

I hope Uniden does the right thing and issues the 436 firmware update before any updates are issued for the HP-2.

Absolutely Not. They are two different radios with different issues.

Uniden is a very large company. The wouldn't be very successful if they could only work on one project at a time.

That aside, why hold up an easy change for one model just because you aren't done with a complex change on a different model?

I can already imagine the whining and complaining if an HP-2 update would be released before a 436 update. The masses will want to tar and feather any and all Uniden reps.

i returned my HP2 as unusable..it would not even stop on the Phase II talk groups that my 436 picks up fine (in NJ)
