HP graphics problem.

Ok had my HP a little over a year now... The touch screen is starting to "act up"... When I power off the "clock mode, all off" squares are blank.... When I power on it only shows "the bottom half" of Home Patrol graphic....

Sounds like contrast is cranked up too far.
