HP2 site avoid question

I noticed when avoiding a site on the radio itself that some sites are orange, which means they are avoided, and some are red. I also have one that's just white text with a black background. What's the difference between red and the black and white?

Orange are out of range of the range settings and location you have set.
Red are explicitly avoided (locked out) by you.
Black (with white text) are unavoided & unlocked.
