I know this is not really a good place to post this because it really has nothing to do with radios/scanners but I know a lot of fire/rescue personal get on here and maybe they can help me find this information. I am looking for a chart of some sort that tells the locations of the Fire Hydrants in the Jefferson County Area, or just Center Point/Trussville areas?
Anyone know where I might be able to find something like this?

Thanks,
Kenny

Fire Hydrants?

Have you tried the local water authority that provides the water for the area? They may have a map of their system you might could copy. Some water systems have the water mains, valves, and hydrants mapped for maintenance and emergency purposes. I am not sure, but I believe that area is on the Birmingham Water Works system. If they don't have any information, you might try the County Engineer's Office. I doubt they have the information, but may be able to tell you who would. I hope this helps.
