Firefox for me also.And in the settings you can set zoom for text only.Chrome is Google.Divorce Google.
That's a good idea..Another idea would be to try using a totally different device, a family members phone, etc.
If that works, you know for sure that it's some software or application on your particular device that's hanging you up.
Android 13I think I asked, but I'll ask again. What Operating System are you using?
Android 13
Okay I found it and it is switched Off.. thanks.. each time I leave radio reference to go checking for something on my phone, to get back on RR I have to log in again, it is a tedious process using a magnifying glass and just takes time.
That is very sage advice. I am obviously not revealing the nature of my Illness but let's just say, I'm not going to recover.Here's my suggestion...Stop worrying about this and concentrate on your health. Radio Reference will be here when you are well enough to address this without it stressing you out.
agreed...At this point I’d put good money on this is not a RR issue since no one else is reporting it. I can close tabs, close browsers and reboot my computer and phone and never have to log in again.
Thanks I've never had any issues till this occurred. Chrome has never worked well on RR for me.. as you may have seen in the thread I am visually impaired and I use Samsung internet as it offers the very best accessibility options for the visually impaired that are included with the browser and not extensions that have to be added on later.Just to weigh in on the browser issue - I log in to RR in whatever browser I happen to be using without incident, have since I signed up. What browsers?
- Firefox;
- Chrome;
- Dissenter; and
- AVG Secure Browser.
I generally have all four logged in, and haven't had an incident yet. I've probably used other browsers as well (I have probably a dozen or so on my machine.) All running under Win10-64b, updated through EOL. (No, I don't plan on using Win11. I don't care for it - I tried. I really tried to like it. But I'm someone who thinks that they hit their peak with Win2000 - as far as 64-bit machines, I installed a copy of WinNT4.0 onto a DEC Alpha around 1992, and that was a 64-bit machine. So they didn't need to keep updating everything - "new" is not always "improved." "Change for its own sake is not always a good thing." -JFK)
