I heard traffic on MEPSS in 2025

Probably pirate users or employees using some old radios from a junk bin. Found it mildly interesting. I don't remember what they were saying, if you can decode the horrible dashcam audio be my guest. I was driving west on M5 around mile 13 when I heard this. Signal strength like I was 100 feet away.

The random muting was not present in the original audio and YouTube seems to have made it overall slightly worse. If I remember right one of the users had some noise in the background like a noisy power supply on an old base station.
