I need a little help here

I live on the Tn/Ky Line along I-65. I am in Portland Tn. I had a person approach me and ask me to do his radio for him. The things that he went in it is the KHP, and the county that border Sumner,Robertson,Macon county in Tn. One of my question that i have right away is can we hear KHP in Tn?
