Well I usually have the I-Tac repeater freqs in my scanner but have never actually heard anything on them in the metro. Most of the time I hear the Morse ID if I leave the PL off and just a key-up (probably the ID) with the PL decode on (156.7 PL). Last night there was quite a bit of activity taking place on the I-Call freq of 866.0125. But the wierd thing is that most of the comms weren't making it clearly into the repeater, so I wonder if they were actually skipping into it or from just out of the area.

Perhaps they weren't using the repeater. They might have been in simplex.
They were definately at least keying up the OKC repeater. Not sure whether they intended to or not. The repeater itself was full-quieting into my scanner, nice and strong. But their audio was largely unintelligible and sounded like they may have been hitting it from Edmond or Norman or somewhere farther out.
