ICE Frequencies in Central Florida?

Past trips to FLA, I've observed both CLR and ENC across the range of ICE, BP and Customs channels YMMV

The Florida ICE system is 100% encrypted, all radios are strapped to encryption and end users cannot change that. Also, it may be difficult to gauge actual local activity in Central Florida since most of the transmissions are on their wide area votescan system which pretty much covers most of Florida with the exception of the east coast from St Lucie to Key West. In some instances, both networks are linked making it that much more difficult to figure out where the actual users are.
