We need to watch this one to see if the get a new one, or transition to an SMR like the ERS or DigaTalk ones.

It seems like it would be pretty easy to sit in the parking garage and use Close Call to figure out which freqs they're using, especially since they have the outdoor sporting area.

Only if they actually continue on their own system. If they move to an SMR, you can't use that method. You have to monitor the SMR and recognize its them. They may even build out an cap plus system of their own as they need at least 5 chans.

SMR systems don't have input frequencies that can be monitored with Close Call??

It's much harder with SMR there can be hundreds of users. ERS alone has a butt ton on just the com plus, not to mention the cap plus, and the new cap max.
