I've noticed at least one thread relating to odd AM reception.
Mysteriously I had an issue this morning where reception sounded like I had FM selected. Various suggestions including a reset, multiple M.SCOPE pressings and backing off RF GAIN didn't solve it.
Admission time - On selecting FUNCTION to disable P.AMP I noticed I'd left NOTCH, NB and NR 'on' from a previous session. Turning them all off cured the 'issue'. (I haven't bothered deselecting each in turn to see which caused it)
How embarrassing.
