Icom PCR 1500 audio problem

Can anyone please help. Although I have good sound out of my actual receiver. No way can I get any sound out of my PC. I have looked at the Troubleshooting section in the Icom manual and tried everthing to no avail.Thanking you in anticipation. namwen

You have to change Windows audio settings. Under recording devices make microphone USB codec is the default device. Properties make sure Listen to device is checked, Level may have to be adjusted. Mine is set to 5.
