I hope it was a second hand one for $200. Like that guy that had 3 and never use them, it will be a lot of people that only need digital scanners that doesn't use their old PCR1500/2500 and you can then get them for a couple of hundred dollars.

are you asking about the usb cable or the pcr2500?
