Really like this receiver and find it very sensitive.

The only minus point is it's very susceptible to electrical interference which seems to be a problem with other models.
In what way is it sensitive to electrical interference, beyond what would be expected with a generally sensitive, high-gain FM receiver?

I really like the R6 for a "walking companion". As said, great battery life, sweet unit. However, with recent changes of local systems to DMR and Fleettalk, etc., the radio is now more of a travel radio, in my case. Now some USFS and NPS, units have converted, or may be converting to P-25 mode. This is a fantastic radio for using for Park and Forest Fire activity awareness while enjoying the outdoors, for those places still on NFM. My impression is that many NPS systems may be P-25 already. Still, makes a good mil-air and civil aircraft unit.
