VHFDX.net said the band was a bit open this morning so I broke the Antron-99 out and did some scanning.
I didn't find too much except pretty much every Maryland State Police frequency is active along with the regular CB and CB outbanders. Nothing on 10m. However, I did come across keyups and a CWID (didn't copy it) on 27.4300 PL 141.3. I know this is a business radio pool frequency but I've never heard of it actually being used.
Anybody have an ID on this freq/tone?
