Icom: ID-RP2C Factory Reset?

I do not know the existing password of this used unit. I know what the manual says and it is very unfriendly if the password is forgotten, such as using the word "impossible". Anyways, does anyone know if there is a factory reset option for the controller? I emailed Icom and hoping to get a reply, but I would rather keep things moving and I am unsure if I will receive a reply. I do not need to retain the current configuration, so a factory reset would be fine with me. ( Yes, I tried the default password and other guesses )

Thank you for that reply. I ended up calling Icom and their fee was $100 to reset the password, plus the cost to ship it. I advised the owner of the repeater and it now sits on a shelf collecting dust. I will pass along the link.
