Can anyone tell me the type and value of the components within the red rectangles in this photo? If the photo is too blurry, they're small black rectangular SMD parts that have a white band on one end and "C476" printed on them. I'm guessing they're 47uF capacitors with a +/- .25pF tolerance but does the band make them tantalums or something else?

Thanks!

The band usually indicates the positive terminal on polarized electrolytic capacitors.
I can tell from experience that they are probably EIA C or D size tantalums becuase of the physical package.
