Identifying Columbus frequency

Earlier this week, I was doing a search of both VHF & UHF frequencies in the east Alabama-Columbus area and stumbled upon this frequency:462.200 (DCS266). I cannot find such a license in either RR or the FCC databases. They were discussing something on "4th Avenue". Does anyone happen to recognize this frequency?

you could click on the county if you want.
there is a listing for the university listing that one.

CSU Transportation use this freq but is is a DMR , 5 Color Code, system.
