Bond County Sheriff Dept. leaves Starcom21. Money was the biggest issue, Signal & Service was the other.
You can find them on 155.01000 P25 Vhf.

Joliet Junior College was on StarCom then left for the Joliet city system then came back to StarCom a few months later. I don't know if that counts or not

Bpd dispatch has frequently had to ask cars to repeat traffic due to being "digital" and they have been running tests on their old uhf dispatch freq. (460.1250 / dpl 331)
So it makes me wonder here?

I have noticed the same repeat, or unable to copy due to digital noise a few times lately. Last time was in District 19 between a unit and dispatch. The unit was garbled.

Interesting, as I see flight for life helo has a talkgroup on starcom now.
