I'm not receiving my local club 's repeater signal

I live in Anoka, Minnesota and I have set all of my settings on my baofang uv-82 to the settings of the repeater and I'm not receiving anything and I just bought a brand new Nagoya 15.6 inch antenna I have attached the screen shot of the repeater info

Can you receive other repeaters? Can you receive any NOAA weather stations? They transmit all the time and are useful for checking receive ability.

Yes, start with trying to receive NOAA weather radio.

When programming repeaters into your radio, don't bother programming a receive tone. Just program the transmit tone.

Finally, it's possible that there's just very little activity on your local repeater. Find out if there's a regular net on that repeater as you should hear activity then. Or, try listening during morning drive time.

Check the local club's web site. Anoka County Radio Club and Emergency Services, Inc.
You can get names, frequencies, CTCSS info, net times, etc.

I gave the OP the NOAA frequencies in another post and it was confirmed that one or more can be received. That post was regarding improving reception of a handheld so distance may be an issue. I wouldn't discount incorrect radio setting though. setting up a received channel with no CTCSS tones as mentioned above is a good next move. Hopefully, that'll be the next move on the OP's part.
