For that Freq in FLA there are only 3 possible NAC's and only two for his QTH the 3rd is over at Homestead
$F00 - last reported in 2012
$100 - which he should be getting as the Sarasota Repeater for the wide-area ICE

the others the OP reported are very likely false hits, based on multiple scanners monitoring in that area in the past.

for the OP, does your radio have the ability to change the IFX ?? see if this is an image issue...

I'm located in Sarasota, FL. From here I'm seeing 3 different NAC's, $100 , $303, and $167. I believe the strongest site of $100 is located at the Fruitville Rd Site. The other 2 signals are not quite as strong so not sure if they are at that location. I'm thinking that the $100 is ICE, the $303 is CBP and the $167 is FBI.

DSD+ provides the correct NAC of 100 for this site. Both the SDS100 and SDS200 are not providing the correct NAC. I'm still investigating but I'm tending to say that on a Fed P25p1 conventional system the NAC is unreliable using the SDS100 or SDS200. Both the SDS100 and 200 have the updated Firmware and the Waterfall Activated. This occurs on both strong and weak signals.
Sounds like, till someone else with the same issue on an SDS pops in, you've

correct for the NAC's but NOT on that one Frequency.
That Freq you should only be getting $100 unless you get the one-time Special event user using $F00

Since others are reporting a similar issue, rely on your DSD+ for now
For gits n giggles do you have a different (Non SDS) scanner to try as well ??

I looked up the frequency in Florida and the NAC reported is 100 for ICE. So yes, that's what it probably is then, and I'm assuming encrypted? The other 2 are distant transmissions, and you probably are seeing different NAC's flash, and I wouldn't say the SDS200 is wrong, more likely than not, it's a sensitive receiver and receiving distant signals. Have you asked this question in the Florida or Federal forum? You might get a better answer there?

I should have clearer with this reply. With DSD+ I've identified freqs that are not mixed NAC's. by signal strength - 170.5375 $100 N, 171.325 $303 N, and 167.6875 $167 N. Each are have several other sites with different freqs but are not as strong. I can watch the paired freqs key up at the same time with SDS# using a spectrum of 8 MHz. I just used my 396T to confirm. There is definitely something wrong with both the SDS-100 and 200.

Thanks for the suggestions. The more I look the more I think the last update broke something in the SDS's. I did post on the SDS200 FB group and their appear to be issues. Yes ICE for $100, CBP for $303 and FBI for $167. All encrypted.

Try a more local forum on Radio Reference, or the Federal Forum. I'm not sure anything is "broken", since you're seeing and "hearing" transmissions on the NAC 100. Like I asked before, are you hearing/seeing (via Radio ID) the same user key up, and separate NAC's are flashing (on the SDS200), or if you set the NAC, are you hearing transmissions (if not encrypted) from the same user without missing a transmission?

It's all Encrypted so not really hearing, other than data. Mostly data some UID's. The 396T also sees the same NAC's as DSD+
