Are you using the driver's that came on the Sentinel CD?

Is the file you extracted named uniden_usbser or is it named uniden_usbser.Inf

It makes a difference

In the OP's first post, he stated he tried the .inf file.

What "CD"??
In the Sentinel S/W download, there are 3 MS files + 1 duplicate. Two appear to be Windows Installer files updates, the other the dreaded net Framework.
The USB Serial Port package there are only 2 files. The inf & the cat file (with the drivers). Directly right clicking on the inf file doesn't work w/ a error message that it wasn't written to load that way.

When in device manager and it asks you for the local file to load, you select the (dot)inf file. You don't right click on the file in file manager and "run" the file because inf files are not designed to "run" that way.

donc13;
That was what you just quoted me saying.

It stops at 44% w/errors which I'm aware of due to this O/S being compiled by RT7Lite. I'm looking over the list of what was changed.
