What is the best radar program to use on a iPad? I run grlevel3 on the computer but wanted something on the iPad in case I am without the other.

This.

I use RadarScope on my iPhone for a backup to my data connection. (It will load sometimes when the data connection won't.

Agreed. RadarScope, IMO, is the best radar app on the market as far as for mobile devices. The "hook, line, and sinker" is the integration with SpotterNetwork so that I can see the location of fellow spotters/chasers in the area. At home, I use GRLevel3.

I'm not not an Apple phone user, but I'll cast another vote for RadarScope. It works great on my Android phone.

I did a search in the AppStore for PKYL3. I suppose that was why I wasn't able to locate anything.

Looks like I'm going to have to waste another 10 bucks. I didn't even realize they had RadarScope for Android now. I guess I had kind of given up hope that they would ever make an Android version.

If you already have PYKL3, don't bother...

If you don't have either, I would get PYKL3, it is way better than radarscope.

Much better GIS integration. Ability to request NWS text products. Instant access to SPC outlooks, vis/IR/WV satellite, etc. The list is endless...

The only app I really miss on my iPhone after switching from EVO.

Incredible developer support is probably the most important thing that your list is missing.
