Iphone app scanner frequencies

I listen to the 5-0 radio, Oklahoma City Fire Public Safety.

I have everything but those frequencies in my scanner.

How do I program the codes from that feed into my Radio Shack Pro-106?

Well, generally you would look up that system in the database here and program accordingly. However looking at the DB here says OKC is on an EDACS system that has digital talkgroups. This means PROVOICE and unless you purchase a ProVoice radio, you will not be able to hear them on a Pro-106 unless you run the audio through an elaborate setup using this software: Digital Speech Decoder (software package) - The RadioReference Wiki since there is no scanner that will decode ProVoice by itself.
