Is LifeLine going digital?

I moved to the Prescott area about a year ago. At that time, and up to earlier this year, I was hearing them in the clear on 152.345 PL146.2. Now, all I get on that frequency is what sounds like digital. Have they gone to DMR or some other digital format?

AMR has FCC licenses as WROF807, WROM484, WRPC251, and WQAZ664.
