Is the UTC time on RRDB a new thing?

Noticed the other day on the date/time now using UTC. When did this change? Time now is 21:03 EST.

It changed recently AFAIK and only applies to the database. Forums use whatever time zone you set in your preferences. Broadcastify is untouched.

Although if the time is in 24 hour format I don't think am/pm needs to be specified, but that is minor.

I think RR did that because the database spans multiple time zones. A good idea IMHO.
