Does ISP Dist 3 in the treasure valley use mainly MDTs? On State patrol I hear of course the Capital building comms. constantly, but rarely hear any ISP traffic related to traffic/interstate, accidents, traffic stops etc. Did they wind up encrypting the main dispatch?

ISP D3 Dispatch is likely now encrypted.

My daily driver is a BC75XLT so I only get their UHF analog simulcast in the 400mhz range but I'm getting their car to car and dispatch right now. Very busy with today's weather. Call me crazy but I feel like for the past few months I stopped getting dispatch but now I got them again.
