ISP District 12 listeners

Can anyone monitoring ISP D-12 traffic tell me what the radio ID`s are for dispatch?
In Southern Illinois RID used for D-13, D-19 and D-22 are 3913493, 3913494 and 3913496 from DuQuoin dispatch.

It would be same or similar, because District 12 is also dispatched from DuQuoin. I have seen the last digit from 0 to 7.

Okay. I was curious. I know they can use any console but I monitor the following.
Last digit 3 primarily for D-19 Dispatch A, last digit 4 for D-13 Dispatch A, and last digit 6 for D-22 Dispatch A.

I wondered what the rhyme and reason was to the numbering system .

Zone 1-3 for the first digit
9 second digit ????
District dispatching for third and fourth digit
2,4 etc fifth digit ????
last 2 digits ????

It USED to be <Zone><9 for Dispatch><District><Position><Talkgroup>. For example, 1917101 was Dist. 17, Position 1, TG 17A, 1917201 was position 2, etc with the last 2 digits representing the talkgroup. Now it seems to be <Zone><9 for Dispatch><District><Position/Some Identifier> with the same ID being used across multiple talkgrops. District "04" seems to be used for Sterling and Chicago since it was an "open" number up here

If anyone can enlighten us on the mysterious last digits identifiers it would be appreciated.

I was gonna ask how to find the other dist12 talkgroups with a HP2?
