Ok, so why bother posting that an encrypted channel is active? What, do you think everyone should jump on an encrypted channel in hopes the encryption magically disappears?
Seems funny too that in the South Zone they are encrypted while up in Central Zone no encryption on DES, almost makes you think the State Police don;t trust you folks down in the Southern part of the state.
