Years ago there was a unit designation of VI was wondering if that was for the vehicle inspection group of the Idot since it was back in the late 70s early 80s since I do not remember ISP having V cars at that time they were also on low band
D15 is in there own little world. Since they are self funded.Dist. 15 also uses the "Car" designation from time-to-time rather than everyone saying "15-" - not to be confused with "Car" from ISP Director's OfficeWhen D15 cars are on other talkgroups they'll use the "15-" identifier
P (PAUL) identifier prefix denotes ISP aircraft. This appers to be missing from the above lists.
PAUL prefix is for the aircraft. I believe that the LINCOLN prefix is for ISP Air Ops personnel (pilot, etc.).
