D15 is in there own little world. Since they are self funded.Dist. 15 also uses the "Car" designation from time-to-time rather than everyone saying "15-" - not to be confused with "Car" from ISP Director's Office When D15 cars are on other talkgroups they'll use the "15-" identifier
PAUL prefix is for the aircraft. I believe that the LINCOLN prefix is for ISP Air Ops personnel (pilot, etc.).I think it’s Lincoln when they’re on the ground and Paul when they’re airborne.
