SDS100/SDS200: jack 401?

Very fast turnaround to repair my SDS100, which had no RF reception. They repaired jack 401. What is jack 401?

It is the point that ties 2 boards together not the headphone jack.
As stated by rhodester it is the point that is associated with the COLD SOLDER JOINT.

J401 are the connector between the logic board and the RF board and also the rotary selector are soldered to the RF board so will also go thru that connector. If that connector goes bad, it's usually due to bad soldering at the factory, it could make the selector function erratically and could also loose information about frequency, signal strength and similar RF related functions.
