I hear what sounds like RTTY on 5025 this seems to be jamming Cuba (Radio Encipodedia?)

This came on last week, can anyone ID this please?

Not jamming (at least not in the conventional sense) - it's been there for years. Likely a USN transmitter....

USN transmitter? Don't they know there's a broadcaster on this freq?

Nope, and nor do they care. I believe broadcasters are secondary users in that part of the band anyway
