Jefferson County MARCS system

Hi, All!

I live in Jefferson County Ohio and it seems that my BCD325P2 will not pick up anything, did MARC's undergo an upgrade. I see Jefferson County has a simulcast system now. I did download the updated system database from here, but I got this message when i used Freescan. I'll post a screenshot, maybe someone had this issue too.

I found my problem, the scanner receives fine, the antenna I was using was broken. The center pin that goes in the middle was broken off so no antenna, no signals. oops. Sorry about that. LOL
