154.755 has gone off the air. I guess they have switched over to CNYICC for good? Or is there another simulcast channel I am missing.

Now that Jefferson has joined other CNYICC counties in Law switching to P25 trunked is there a reason why Oneida Law is still on VHF?

I am assuming your question is why is the VHF conventional in Oneida (155.430) still active as the Oneida trunked cell is VHF. Shortest answer is the trunked system in Oneida isn't full built out.
