I need to reset my 1098 to the factory defaults. How do I do this. I was trying to do a limited scan and also get my computer to recognize my scanner and got it all screwed up. REALLY screwed up. The only hope is to do a reset! Thanks

General Settings Tab of EZScan click on Restore to Factory defaults and then copy configuratiin to SDCard.

Not working

The EZscan is not working for me. I have tried everything.

I finally got the driver instaled. The EZscan still doesn't recognize the scanner. I also can't do a cpu update. Also on the scanner I can't do a limited search.

Thanks I will try this. I have a new computer coming Wed this may fix my problems.

Go into your device manager . If the scanner doesn't show up in the DISK Drives location, you have a USB port or a USB cable issue.
