Just Curious...... SDS200

FINALLY ....sent my SDS200 back in (a second time) for LCD screen replacement. Does anyone have idea what turnaround time is for repairs these days with the virus stuff going on? The first time it was sent in, the fine folks at Uniden had it back to me in a couple of weeks, GREAT service,,,,,,,
This time I may not be so lucky.
Was just curious if anyone has experienced longer than usual repair time due to pandemic?

The last time this was asked it was about 30 days.

Thats not bad at all....... I was thinking hopefully by end of next month. Maybe the LCD screen will last more than a year this time around.......

I got my SRO number on 1/7.

Same issue.....
I got my SRO on 1/7 with an estimated return date of 2/3.
When I look at the progress report, all it says is the day it was received.

it seems like around 30days will be the norm... hopefully the radios will be back in action soon....

Just an update.......
They physically recv'd unit 01/13 and they didn't send a SRO till 01/21. At least it's in the pipeline now....... hopefully won't take too long to get the SD200 back....
