Just Curious, Texas city p25 radio traffic

What tower does the Texas City high school use? I don't think they are on the Galveston simulcast, and when you look at the Texas city p25, it shows two control channels, but 852.5625c doesn't broadcast, only 853.300c. Texas Wide Area Radio Network (TxWARN) Site: Texas City

I believe all alternate control channels are now marked with just the c. So its a second cc that may be used when needed. It can rotate or be switched on manually by system admin.

Every site on that system has two control except for the last, maybe, ten sites, those have more than two.

A site only uses one CC at a time, so even if all channels are CC capable only one will be used at a time.

nothing. I didn't hear anything. No wav, or mp3 clips. They are within the threshold for audio and listening.

Usually clear indicates clear voice was heard. What's in the DSDPlus event log ?

That looks like there was a 4 second voice grant on a phase 2 channel. Are there more Group call;TG=3120 in the event file?

there are a few more, but nothing more than 4s.

I cleared the log and restarted DSD+

See if anything pops up in the next hour

yeah, it's strange. The last seen says one minute ago, but didn't hear anything. Radio is working good, I can hear everyone else in the clear,

Also, been letting the Texas City tower run 4 hours, everyone is using the tower except Texas City.
