Welcome to ham radio. I still remember when I passed my novice back in 1985. The thrill of the accomplishment and that first contact. It was a short CW contact. I only operate voice now. Now that you can get on the air, you need to hop right into upgrading while the info is still fresh in your mind. Trust me on this, it will make it easier. Hope to catch you on the air. I spend a lot of time on 6 meters and 10 meters when they are open.
