This was spoken as "I N A"?
Or "I and A"?

At the time of the dispatch on A1/K1, or by an RTO or a field unit on a tac channel?

Spoken as INA's (plural) on K6 & K8. Both calls were traffic accidents with the CMD unit reporting to the Alarm room the number of 'INA's' on scene. Rescue units were cancelled on both calls, but, I'm accustomed to the mention of the number of 'patient refusals' being reported back to the Alarm room, so I'm wondering if it's in the same ballpark?

As far as I can tell, an INA is an Immediate Needs Assessment, so it may be part of the protocol that medics follow to triage and classify patients.
