09-0017 just departed ADW this might be SAM45 and the one you are talking about, typically the backups are SAM45 and SAM18

As you look at the ADSB "trail" on the ADSB exchange. Callsign is _ADFDF8 on ADSB Echange

I have seen this aircraft in the same place for 20 min. at least
edit- now it is moving again. Signal must have been lost

It's not currently tracking because it's too far over the water. Should reappear as they near the coast of FL.

Edit: Popped back up just now (1511Z).

I would presume that DOD will want the 747 back in Washington asap - to support new POTUS. The 757 may be a backup in case something happens before 12 noon.
