kent county digital off air?

hi all not picking up no kent county and my control channel went to 866.1625 wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

Hello,

866.1625 is the control channel for Site 5 Hartly. If you lock out or attenuate the frequency, the radio will switch back to 868.9000, the control channel for Kent Co Sites.

I can pick up the Hartly Site 25 miles to the North. Trunker shows Fireboard, EMS, and some patches from the site. It is a full functioning site. You can program this site in a different bank.
