Forgive my ingnorance, but how would someone suggest that I program this info into my scanner so I can hear any and all traffic? And I really don't understand how the differnt DTMF codes work. Any help would be greatly appricated.

Kentucky EMA - VHF Repeater System

Can be used to talk directly to state EOC at Frankfort, or between repeater sites, with DTMF tones.

DTMF 3 Digit Operation:
First 2 digits indicate repeater site.
Digit 3 defines function:
1 - Repeater Mode
2 - Frankfort EOC
3 - Repeater Mode/Frankfort EOC Disconnect

The DTMF tones are used to turn on/off the repeaters. Just plug the freq's into your scanner and listen in, it's that simple.

Well Ben, if I had paid attention to your location I would have told you to call Ronnie at the EM office and he could have told you. I don't hear alot but only because I only have it programmed in my radio in my vechicle. I'm also in Warren County. Hee Hee..
