I have tried to program this radio with the 2-tone information I have but I believe I'm not doing something right some where. The tone is 399.8 Hz which I have been putting in for
tone A. I left tone B and C as the radio defaults. I also want to hear the three beeps the radio gives off during a decode so I put Group Call for A Tone and Alert Tone/Transpond on alert. I have the auto reset timer set for 15 seconds. On the Fire/Ems paging frequency I selected 2-tone for the option signalling. I wrote the data to the radio and decided to see if I did it right. I selected the paging and my department for the radio to scan. I waited a little bit but it was no good. I'm still hearing all the pages. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Ok, You are trying to do "2-Tone" so you will need more than the 399.8hz tone. Whats the other tone for the agency your trying to receive pages from? the default tones in the radio dont mean jack. enter 1st tone into Tone A, and 2nd tone into tone B. If the frequency is also a dispatch channel and you want to listen to non-paging traffic select the box in the program software that allows for "AN" not "OR" in the tone options so as to incorporate the ctcss tone as well. The link I sent you is for a tk-260g but the tone options are identical for a tk-272g/372g.
