Kenwood: Kenwood TS2000

I know they are discontinued, but have a question: Generally serial numbers run low to highest, as being latest production has a higher number.

Does the same hold true for the TS 2000?? Remember there were issues with the very early models.

B02xxxx = February 2010
C5Axxxx = October 2025

The date coding that Kenwood uses in their serial numbers applies to pretty much all of their products, not just the TS-2000.

Ah, good to know then. Will Kenwood still be around by December 2259 though? :unsure:
