Kern County Fire Channel 25?

I just heard Kern County Fire referring to patching Kern County Fire Channel 25 to Kern 5 for a working fire in the unincorporated area west of Rosamond at Patterson Road and 266th Street West. I looked at the RR database and there is a Kern Channel 21 listed but not Kern Channel 25. Does anyone have info on Kern Channel 25?

It is Kern 21, 154.785 PL 167.9. If it is on 395 with SBCFD it is Kern 27 153.995 PL 167.9.
