Station seems blank like an open mike been this way for 2 days for me. Scanner stops on it, not picking anything up but scanner doesn't want to ignore it either. Trying to figure out if it's just me or... others experiencing the same.

Nothing here. Make sure you SQ setting is at least "3" or higher.

I have been listening to PSERN All Scan, for the last couple of hours and all seems normal. I'm using a Unication G4 Pager/Scanner.

I saw the same thing. Appears to be up during major sporting events. It was up the whole day of the UW game over the weekend. Probably an encrypted TG.

No, not normally. Of course, the actual TGID may have changed and it could be used for something else. I'll keep an eye on that one.
