I've never heard anything resembling forestry on LWIN. Obviously that does not mean they're not on it. They did get a lot of new and updated licenses for VHF recently such as this one ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WPSJ836 - Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry.

I've yet to hear those frequencies in use though.

151 .00 Mhz to 151.995 and again in the 159 mhz

Rumor has it that the state forestry is moving to LWIN but I have not found and talkgroups that belong to them. If you scan the frequencies that cajunjerry mentioned, you'll probably find them.

The U.S. Forest Service has gone silent in my area for some reason. I don't know if they just don't use their radios anymore or if they have a new system that can't be monitored, however the USFS Police is active on LWIN, I forget what TG it is but it is in the RR database.

the document is for Vernon parish but the info covers statewide it seems

RRDB does not seem to have any LDAF channels listed now
